Sealed Bid Offering: This offering is by sealed bid with reserves. These properties are currently listed for sale and may be purchased by others before the opening of the bids.
Each property has a Lot Information Statement that is available by mail. Each bidder must have received and acknowledged a Lot Information Statement for each parcel before a bid may be submitted.

If you want to bid on a specific parcel of land you must make a personal on-the-lot inspection of the property prior to submitting a bid. The Sellers intend to accept the highest, non-contingent offer at or above a reserve price.
Sealed bids must be submitted to Four Rivers Realty, Inc. by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 31, 2008. Each bid must be accompanied by a personal or certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid price payable to Four Rivers Realty, Inc. Trust Account. Trust funds will be held by Four Rivers Realty, Inc. until Buyer has been notified of Sellers' acceptance and/or rejection of bid(s) which shall occur no later than April 12, 2008. Upon notification, the successful bidder will be required to sign and execute a no contingency purchase and sale agreement. The successful bidder's deposit will remain in Four Rivers Realty, Inc.'s non-interest bearing trust account as earnest money until closing. For rejected bids, the bidder's deposit will be returned by certified mail within three days of Sellers' notification of rejection.
Closings will be scheduled to be within 30 days of Sellers' acceptance of the successful bid.
